Cabin & Rooms

  • Check-in is 2pm and check out is 10am

We provide linen and towels, the rooms have cooking facilities, fridge freezer, tv, dvd, carport and and en-suite shower room.

Please don't bring hair-dye, glitter, body paint or similar into the rooms. There is parking for 1 car, if you are bringing more cars, please let us know when booking.

    Camping ⛺️

    Check-in is 11am & Check-out is 11am

If you are booked into a non powered campsite it is a good idea to bring power banks for us to charge for you. As there will be many phones and power banks charging in reception, labelling your power banks or phone is also a good idea. Please note our opening times for collection of items we are charging up for you.

  • Unless your set-up is reasonably small only 1 car per site will fit. If you are sleeping in cars that is fine, but if you are concerned about vehicles please give us a call to double check how much room you have, there are only a few (2-3) spare car parks available.

  • Campground Amenities

As we are not connected to town water here at Wooyung, we collect rainwater and use bore water for showers, our showers take 20c coins, first 2 showers in Ladies are FREE bore water showers, they have a push button timer that will give you 4 mins of hot running water and the last one in the ladies needs 20c per 4 minute in a coin timer. Gents have bore water showers that takes 20c per 4 minutes. We will have 20c coins on hand, but please load up with some before you come.

  • We have firepits available here at the park (some concrete fixed but mainly portable fire drums) and fires are allowed so-long as there is no fire ban. We sell firewood at the Kiosk, $15 for a 15kg bag of hardwood with some kindling included. You are welcome to BYO firewood, but please use only dry hardwood or non-painted / non-treated wood. Do not harvest wood from our forest areas and don't burn rubbish. Also fires must be off the ground.

  • If you are planning to cook on your firepit you will need to bring a solid hot plate or grill plate to use on them. The only other means of cooking is a microwave. We also have a kettle available in the amenities area, along with a washing machine and dryer.

  • We have a small kiosk with a few bits n bobs, but you can top up with supplies at Pottsville (IGA and Foodworks) on the way through.

  • On arrival at Wooyung, please come to reception to check in before you set up in order to avoid setting up in the wrong site and having to move.

  • If you have a powered site, please bring an extension leads for your site, we have limited spares available.

  • Noise: please note we do not allow generators. Leaving your car running to charge items is also not OK, please just bring items to be charged to reception if you have no other way to charge them. Solar/battery chargers are encouraged

After 10pm we ask for no loud music and to keep the noise to a minimum. You can go over to the beach if you wish to have more fun, but please note that any rubbish you make on the beach must be brought back to the park bins, please keep our beautiful beach unspoilt.

  • Please keep your site rubbish free. We have plenty of bins around the park and if you leave food, scraps or rubbish in bags lying around your site, the bush turkeys will get in and make a mess, we would appreciate your help with this one!

    • Buses

Buses collect festival go-oers right across the road from our Park and will drop you back to our park at the end of the night,

  • this has been the case for the last number of years at Splendour.

  • Check the Splendour website for updates.

We know there are many (Facebook) sites in Pottsville that will be offering transport to the site, either mini buses or private cars,

  • usually they leave a number with us at reception prior to the festival.

Ok, the list is done!!! Looking forward to seeing you all then :)
